Professional Learning Communities in Science Education

I’ve been working on a proposal for the ESRC, based on the concept of Professional Learning Communities. This uses an action research approach to the development of community skills.

New Year in UK

Well, 2007 looks like it will be an interesting year. I have started a new post at the University of Glasgow, in the Faculty of Education. My main focus will be on Science Education. I’ll also be exploring many links with other areas of interest, and developing a new interdisciplinary research programme.
